2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping options via Royal Mail to get your items to you quickly. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. The tracking information is typically active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Damages & Missing Packages Knightrider5 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
