We offer reliable shipping options to get your items to you quickly. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 –4 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or seasonal peaks.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking information is typically active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damages & Missing Packages

  • Knightrider5 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
